Spice Girls and Backstreet Boys Reunion Tour Is Not Happening

Rumors surfaced that the Spice Girls and Backstreet Boys were joining forces for a reunion tour. The report had been circulating around the internet for quite some time. We regret to inform you that the rumors are false. To make matters worse, the Sun published an interview with Backstreet Boy Brian Littrell in which he said that the tour was in the early stages of negotiations. This sent the internet into a frenzy. Ironically, this report was released around the same time as the announcement that the group was touring with Avril Lavigne this Summer.
The Sun’s report unfortunately held no weight. There was even confirmation that Mel B said there would be no reunion tour either. Just when you thought you could live the good old days up with a double-whammy of the Backstreet Boys and The Spice Girls are dreams are snatched from us. Oh well, it was a nice stroll down memory lane anyway.
