Heidi Klum is Retiring From Runway Modeling
Most professional athletes retire in their mid to late 30s. If one would have to make a guess you’d think that professional runway models wouldn’t last that long. That may in fact be true, but there may be exceptions if you’re a Hall of Fame caliber model like Heidi Klum. Klum, who turns 40 in June, has decided she will not longer do runway or bathing suit modeling anymore.
“I wouldn’t model with my underwear down the runway anymore,” she admitted. “I think I would find it a little uncomfortable, maybe.”
Klum, who still looks phenomenal, seems like she’s not going to be that person who hangs around past her prime. She also admitted she would never and has never undergone surgical procedures to enhance her appearance. She chooses “bangs over botox”. It’s not like Klum is headed to the couch with a carton of ice cream. She has a lot to keep her busy including the German version of ‘Next Top Model’, ‘America’s Got Talent’, and designs a kid’s fashion line for Babies ‘R Us. She is also still dating her bodyguard Martin Kristen.
