Imagine if you were part of a Galaxy far, far away….. it just might happen!

Star Wars: Episode VII director J.J. Abrams released a video yesterday announcing the creation of Star Wars: Force for Change. The brand new initiative was created in collaboration with Disney, LucasFilm, and Abrams’ Bad Robot Production Company and the United Nations Children’s Fund’s (UNICEF) Innovation Labs.

From now until June 18th Star Wars fans are encouraged to donate to UNICEF. According to the platform, those fans that make at least a $10 donation will be entered to win the chance-of-a-lifetime. Visiting the set of the movie and actually being in the film is beyond a chance of a lifetime. Abrams said in a statement:

“The ‘Star Wars’ fans are some of the most passionate and committed folks around the globe. We’re thrilled to offer a chance to come behind the scenes as our VIP guests and be in ‘Star Wars: Episode VII.’ We’re even more excited that by participating in this campaign, ‘Star Wars’ fans will be helping children around the world through our collaboration with UNICEF Innovation Labs and projects.”

Abrams also released the video below, which is direct from the set in Abu Dhabi. According to reports, what you see in the video is from Tatooine, which will be featured in the new movie. Start donating folks – the offer sounds incredible!
